Job summary

Everforth Apex in Colorado Springs is recruiting a Global Computer Operations Support Analyst for an onsite 24x7 role. You will perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC-G systems, delivering first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networks.

The position requires an advanced degree or a bachelor's with 0–3+ years of relevant experience, plus DoD 8140 IAT II certification and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or bachelor's with 0–3+ years in operations/maintenance of large-scale computer/communications systems.
• Able to obtain DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP).
• Experience in UNIX/Linux/Windows system and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of designated systems.
• Provide first-level technical support and initial troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.
• Document and report all events and issues to leadership.
• Receive tasking and direction for operations, tests, and real-world events.
• Assist in the maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO.
• Operate and sustain mission systems for operational and training missions.
• Troubleshoot data flow with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity.
