Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Webster, TX is seeking a Project Manager for Voyager Space Solutions. You will plan and execute projects from concept to completion, coordinating with technical teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget.

You will develop customer relationships, report to the VP of Project & Mission Management, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, effective results. This hybrid role requires US security clearance and collaboration across domains.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience leading projects across full lifecycles
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and people management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading cross-functional teams defining tasks, schedules, and effort levels
• Ability to follow company-defined project management processes and best practices
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (as required)

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, schedule, and budget
• Provide status reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Manage scope creep and change requests
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive desired outcomes
