• Work directly with customers to accelerate missions and recommend best-practice architectures.
• Build technical relationships and act as trusted advisor shaping customer guidance.
• Share the voice of the customer to inform AWS feature roadmaps.
• Create and share best practices, technical content and reference architectures.
• Evangelise and educate about AWS technology through workshops, groups and events.
• Contribute to team growth by interviewing candidates and mentoring others.
