Job summary

The University of Chicago is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Provost’s Office with campus space planning and capital budget administration. You will collaborate with Finance, Facilities, IT, and academic units to ensure informed decision‑making, accurate records, and governance over capital investments.

• Require college/university degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with enterprise systems or data management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support campus space planning and capital budget administration.
• Coordinate data analysis, reporting, and governance for capital investments.
• Develop reports and dashboards to inform planning decisions.
• Manage UCPLAN workflows and ensure accurate system updates and documentation.
• Collaborate with Budget Office, Finance & Administration, Facilities Services, IT Services, and academic units.
