Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a Space domain programme in Europe. You will own strategy, governance and delivery, manage complex stakeholders across industry partners and government, and translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans.

The role requires experience in space-sector government programmes, willingness to relocate to Berlin or Munich, and the ability to operate in high‑stakes, high‑accountability environments while ensuring

Qualifications

Significant experience managing complex programmes in the space sector.
Experience coordinating with government stakeholders.
Ability translating demanding customer requirements into delivery plans.
Willingness to relocate to Berlin or Munich.
Eligible for German Ü2 security clearance.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute programme strategy, vision, and roadmap for your assigned Space programme.
Organise workstreams across Helsing internally and with industry partners.
Facilitate key programme meetings, status reviews, and governance bodies.
Prepare briefing packs, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Translate progress into clear, actionable programme‑level insights.
Support governance activities and ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle.
