Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Programme Manager for the Land domain to run a workstream in a complex defence programme. You will maintain robust tracking, align with customers and partners, and support commercial opportunities.

You will coordinate across engineering, commercial and operations to pull in the right capabilities at the right moment. Fluency in English and German (C1) and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Run a defined workstream within a defence/aerospace/engineering programme with structured milestones.
• Build and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards and risk registers for status updates.
• Support customer/partner relationships and contribute to commercial outreach within a programme.
• Hold a PMP certification or equivalent, or actively work towards one.

Responsibilities

• Run a defined workstream within a Land domain programme, coordinating delivery and milestones.
• Maintain a risk register and status dashboards, escalating risks early.
• Document decisions, actions, and outputs with customers/partners and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Support bid/proposal activity and identify opportunities as directed by senior leadership.
• Coordinate across engineering, commercial and operations to ensure cross-functional delivery.
