Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate delivery across a complex defence programme, aligning milestones, stakeholders and teams across multiple sites. You will translate technical progress into clear commercial reporting for senior leadership and manage the project roadmap end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Coordinate delivery across defence programs with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain project dashboards and risk registers.
• Hold PMP or working towards one; apply structured PM methodologies.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with defence terminology.
• Willing to travel regularly and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the internal and external project roadmap, coordinating deliverables across engineering and commercial workstreams and keeping the team aligned on priorities and commitments.
• Build and manage a project steering dashboard that tracks KPIs across milestones and contractual commitments, providing performance data to senior leadership.
• Coordinate stakeholder interactions across internal teams, partners and defence customers, ensuring outputs are documented and followed up.
• Monitor project risks and issues, surfacing challenges early and proposing corrective actions for programme leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Helsing's project management function with repeatable practices.
