You will creatively source passive candidates, screen rigorously, and assess technical and cultural fit while partnering with leadership to build a world-class engineering team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, including full life cycle.
• Proven sourcing across platforms and in-person events.
• Experience elevating employer brand via social media campaigns.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Drive the full hiring lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles across all units.
• Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview loops.
• Structured Feedback Management: Facilitate post-interview debriefs and document candidate feedback.
• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Networking: Use creative outreach, social media branding, and market research to build a robust pipeline.
• Community Engagement & Field Recruiting: Represent the Star Catcher brand at conferences, university events, aerospace symposia, and career fairs.
• Candidate Advocacy & Engagement: Ensure a high-touch interview journey reflecting Star Catcher culture.
