Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical engineering roles (electrical, mechanical, aerospace) preferred.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and extend offers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run full-desk recruiting for SpaceX mission-critical positions.
• Screen and interview candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source passive candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate tours for onsite interviews and manage candidate experience.
• Manage offers and onboarding with HR and compensation teams.
