Responsibilities

• Answer phones, emails, and greet all members and guests on arrival.
• Assist members with spa reservations.
• Note member preferences across platforms; understand members as whole person.
• Track spa usage and maintain Unaccompanied Guest Log.
• Keep the department stocked with all supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to promote activities and enhance member experience.
• Walk through ladies locker room and other spa spaces to maintain cleanliness.
