Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a competent leader to oversee the daily operations of Reflections Spa, Harrah’s Fitness Room, and pool areas in the absence of the manager. You will monitor expenses and ensure top-quality customer service, while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include operating forecasts, month-end reporting, inventory management, and coordinating staff scheduling, payroll approvals, and training programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and integrity in all actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of spa, fitness room and pool in absence of the manager.
• Maintain operational files, reporting, and forecasting.
• Manage purchases, inventory, and expenses within budget.
• Grow membership base and manage spa marketing activities.
• Schedule and authorize staff time and payments; conduct training and coaching.
