Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co in Tucson is seeking a warm, attentive Front Desk Coordinator for our spa and wellness operations. You will welcome guests, provide knowledge of treatments, manage reservations, and coordinate with therapists and attendants to deliver elevated hospitality that begins the moment a guest arrives.

The ideal candidate offers guest-centric service, strong multitasking, and thorough attention to scheduling, billing, and guest preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality-related certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience required; prior spa, fitness, or luxury service experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with spa booking systems, POS platforms, or guest management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with polished, genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a relaxing and memorable spa and wellness experience.
• Provide expert knowledge of spa treatments, packages, promotions, and wellness offerings to guide guest selections.
• Assist guests with health club access, locker room amenities, relaxation lounges, and facility navigation.
• Maintain a calm, serene environment by ensuring that all guest areas reflect Loews’ elevated wellness standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer recommendations or enhancements to personalize their visit.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage all spa and wellness reservations, ensuring accurate scheduling and effective coordination with therapists and attendants.
• Maintain booking system accuracy, update guest profiles, and note service history or preferences.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support facilities, amenities, and guest requests.
• Promote spa treatments, memberships, upgrades, and retail products to support revenue goals.
