Job summary

Canyon Ranch Las Vegas is seeking a Locker Room Attendant to deliver world-class guest service in our renowned spa environment. You will ensure the locker rooms, wet areas, and surrounding spaces are impeccably neat and welcoming, while guiding guests during check-in with a robe and sandals.

This role emphasizes personal interaction, organization, and teamwork, keeping towels, refreshments, and amenities stocked, and helping guests enjoy the signature Canyon Ranch experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and interest in the Spa industry.
• Ability to bend, lift and push laundry bins.
• Stock guest supplies and greet each guest with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest service to guests and ensure they receive the Canyon Ranch experience.
• Maintain the Locker Room, locker areas, and wet areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Provide guests with a personalized tour at check-in and furnish them with a robe and sandals.
• Keep areas stocked with towels, refreshments, and amenities and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

As our Locker Room Attendant, you’ll be excited to provide world-class guest service to our guests and ensure they receive the highly sought-after Canyon Ranch experience. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth, efficient operation and impeccably neat and clean appearance of the Locker Room, locker areas, and wet areas. You’ll be a pro at taking care of our Guests' needs, which starts with providing them with a personalized tour as they check in and furnishing them with a robe and sandals. You'll also take part in keeping these areas stocked with neatly-folded towels, refreshments, and amenities.

Qualifications

Have you worked in customer service and have an interest in the Spa industry? You will need to be able to bend, lift and push laundry bins, keep your Guest supplies stocked and welcome each person with a big smile.
