Job summary

Viceroy Hotels Sun Valley is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations and deliver personalized guest experiences in a luxury resort setting. You will lead spa team members, coordinate appointments, maintain cleanliness and safety, and help achieve guest satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue goals.

The role requires leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa operations, hospitality, guest relations, or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and spa reservation systems is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.
• Lead, train, and support spa team members to maintain professional standards.
• Welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate treatment schedules, and accommodate requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and implement service recovery when needed.
• Ensure spa facilities and treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Monitor inventory of spa supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.
• Coordinate with therapists, front desk, housekeeping and other departments for seamless service.
• Ensure sanitation, health and safety standards compliance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, administrative duties, inventory control, and reporting.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and uphold resort standards.
