Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is hiring a Server Assistant to assist food servers and engage with guests. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining restaurant cleanliness, assisting with service, and contributing to a warm and genuine atmosphere. Flexible scheduling is required, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Desire to serve others in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and be mobile for 90% of each shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist the food server in serving guests.
• Attend to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Be knowledgeable of menu options and daily specials.
• Maintain communication with serving staff.
• Assist with side work duties as needed.
• Support various Food and Beverage operations.
