Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking a Server Assistant to support the food service team and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. This role requires clear communication and physical ability to lift and move items as part of a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes guest interaction, teamwork, and adherence to grooming and service standards within our resort dining venues.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the food server in serving guests.
• Attend to restaurant cleanliness as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of menu options and daily specials.
• Provide a friendly, warm, and genuine environment.
• Maintain communication with serving staff and leaders.
• Assist with side work duties as needed, including banquet support.
