Job summary

ATAIA Spa Club is seeking skilled Massage Therapists to deliver personalized, restorative treatments at our new 25,000-square-foot wellness destination in Old Bridge, NJ. Therapists are respected professionals with opportunities to build lasting careers.

Bring an active New Jersey massage license, proficiency in Swedish and therapeutic/deep-tissue massage, and a genuine passion for wellness and hospitality. Luxury spa experience is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage treatments following thoughtful consultations.
• Customize pressure, technique and approach for each guest.
• Help develop new signature ATAIA treatments and rituals.
• Maintain exceptional standards of comfort, privacy, draping and care.
• Collaborate with Estheticians, Par Masters and Guest Services.

Compensation: $55,000- $65,000 per year, based on experience. Commission-based pay is also available.

Massage should never feel transactional. Neither should your career.

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized massage treatments following thoughtful consultations
• Customize pressure, technique and approach for each guest
• Help develop new signature ATAIA treatments and rituals
• Maintain exceptional standards of comfort, privacy, draping and care
• Collaborate with Estheticians, Par Masters and Guest Services

What You Bring

• A current New Jersey Massage Therapy license
• Proficiency in Swedish and therapeutic/deep-tissue massage
• Sports, lymphatic, hot stone or other modalities are highly valued
• Genuine passion for wellness and hospitality
• Luxury spa or resort experience preferred but not required
