MGM Resorts International – Vdara is hiring a Spa & Salon Supervisor in Las Vegas. You will oversee daily spa/salon operations, ensure guest and employee satisfaction, and lead a small team in delivering high‑caliber services and experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in guest service or hospitality, leadership experience, understands spa and salon services, and is at least 21. This full‑time role offers starting pay at $20 per hour plus benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a guest service or hospitality.
• Knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services and has a passion for wellness and selfcare is preferred.
• Has previous leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by providing services, products, and experiences of the highest caliber
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
