Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Recreation Services Pool Supervisor at Vdara in Las Vegas to lead daily pool operations, ensure a safe and clean guest experience, and coach the team for service excellence.

You will hire and train staff, respond to incidents, maintain compliance with health and safety policies, and support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required.
• Prior relevant experience in pool operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pool operations, ensuring safety standards and high-quality guest experience.
• Hire, coach, and discipline employees in operations and supporting departments.
• Respond to incidents, involve security as needed, and complete required reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company, state/local, Health District policies; manage inventory, loss prevention, and risk.
• Provide ongoing training and communicate policies; support implementation and customer service excellence.
• Maintain staffing levels and supplies to maximize revenue opportunities.
