Woodfield Country Club is seeking an experienced Spa & Salon Receptionist. The role involves scheduling appointments for members, answering phones, and delivering high-quality customer service. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Part-time hourly positions are available. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to all inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Control access to the facility, ensuring all entrants are authorized.
• Assist members and guests as needed, escorting them when possible.
• Follow all facility opening and closing procedures.
• Operate point of sale systems, charging members appropriately for goods and services.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area.
• Schedule appointments for facials, massages, hair, and nails accurately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury spa and/or salon environment is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Knowledge of Encore/JONAS scheduling systems is preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
