We are expanding and seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with salons and spas eager to enhance their business operations.
This role suits someone who is curious, driven, and excited to make meaningful connections. You will collaborate closely with our Account Executives and Marketing Teams to nurture prospects, generate qualified leads, and guide businesses toward long-term success with Meevo. This is a Remote Role.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and Qualify Leads: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and engagement with inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Engage with Purpose: Make meaningful connections with salon and spa owners and decision-makers, sharing how Meevo can support their growth.
- Meet Weekly Targets: Achieve outreach benchmarks (e.g., calls, emails, video messages) and contribute to qualified pipeline goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, coordinate handoffs, and improve the buyer journey.
- Maintain CRM Hygiene: Log outreach activity, track engagement, and manage your pipeline within Salesforce and HubSpot accurately.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Learn the Meevo product suite, understand the beauty and wellness industry, and keep up with evolving client needs.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience: 0–2 years in B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation; experience in the beauty, wellness, or fitness industry (especially as a GM, FM, or DM) is a plus.
- Sales Instincts: Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and eager to spark new opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, adaptable across audiences.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, strong in time management, and able to work independently remotely.
