Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to increase revenue and control costs
- Report expenditures with accounting team
- Develop and maintain restaurant SOPs
- Recruit, train, and develop hourly staff, instilling company culture
- Participate in weekly management meetings
- Work with the chef team to ensure guest satisfaction through menu audits and guest communication
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment, complying with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring satisfaction
- Adjust ambiance elements to suit the environment
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurants
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for food, beverage, and service
- Professional, energetic floor management style
- Familiarity with MS Office and restaurant management systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move freely and lift up to 25 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Maintain a professional appearance
