Job summary

Massage Heights in Texas is seeking a dynamic Resort/Retreat Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and guide a team toward shared goals. You will recruit and develop staff, craft schedules, and implement programs that boost revenue and brand integrity across shifts.

The role requires hands-on coaching, strong communication, and a commitment to living the Massage Heights mission. Weekend and evening hours are expected as part of a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years membership-based service or retail management experience.
• Experience managing hourly wage employees.
• Self-starter with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws (plus local/state licensing for therapists/estheticians is helpful).
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees for coaching/mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Effectively create and manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations.
• Set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals.
• Dedicate time to work the floor to provide coaching in the moment.
• Create an environment passionate about providing supreme guest service.
• Focus on building guest loyalty by following the operating system of Massage Heights.
• Plan and execute events to promote Massage Heights locally and develop partnerships with businesses.
