Job summary

Hand and Stone is seeking a Spa Associate to ensure guests have an outstanding experience in our spa. You will provide excellent customer service, greet members, answer phones, book appointments, and promote wellness benefits of massage therapy.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Zenoti (training provided) plus basic accounting helps you manage bookings and operations. Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude as a team player.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Zenoti (will train) and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
