Hand and Stone is seeking Spa Sales Associates for a long-term role in a positive environment. You will be a critical link in ensuring customers have an outstanding spa experience and will promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling calls, booking appointments, selling memberships and upgrades, and maintaining a professional workspace. Competitive compensation with bonuses and flexible schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Zenoti (will train) and basic accounting principles.
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
