Job summary

Hand and Stone is seeking a Spa Associate to ensure guests have an OUTSTANDING experience. You will welcome members, answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships and upgrades, and maintain a clean, professional environment.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SpaSoft will be helpful; training will be provided. A positive, energetic team player mindset is essential, with a focus on promoting wellness and delivering exceptional service.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Soft (will train) and basic accounting principles.


• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
