Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome guests, educate them on membership benefits, spa services, and promotions, and drive membership sales. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, enhancements, and spa packages, while building lasting relationships with members and guests.

Flexible scheduling and a positive spa culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
