Hand & Stone in Austin seeks an exceptional Spa Manager to lead a team of service professionals and deliver top-tier customer experiences. You will balance coaching with discipline, drive financial results, and manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting in a fast-paced spa setting.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, deep knowledge of spa services and products, and can promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials.
