Enchantment Resort - Mii amo is seeking a personable Spa Concierge to deliver warm, anticipatory service for guests and team members. You will manage reservations, provide detailed information about spa offerings, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes guest confidentiality, professional appearance, and strong computer skills to support scheduling and guest communications within a Forbes 5 Star standards environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be neat and well-groomed at all times.
• Fluent English and empathetic, authentic communication skills.
• Prior guest service experience desired.
• Strong computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates in a warm, welcoming manner and anticipate needs.
• Reserve requested services and classes and modify reservations as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about Spa Suites, Enchantment offerings, and property layout.
• Communicate across departments to keep guests informed and issues resolved.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment; manage back-of-house areas.
• Check-in/check-out guests, send confirmation itineraries, and protect guest confidentiality.
• Support operational tasks including inventory reporting and general administration.
