Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Spa Coordinators, Spa Attendants, Concierge and Bell Staff to deliver exceptional spa experiences.
• Review staffing levels and adjust to meet business needs.
• Lead and train Spa Coordinators, Concierge, Bell Staff and Spa Attendants.
• Monitor cash handling, billing adjustments, and group billing communications.
• Maintain SOPs, training manuals, and department checklists.
