Job summary

Enchantment Resort's Mii amo spa seeks an energetic inventory associate to support therapists and guest experiences. You will manage product inventory, prepare treatment kits, and keep treatment rooms stocked and tidy while upholding safety and confidentiality.

This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Training sessions and teamwork with spa staff are key to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years recent experience desired.
• Attention to detail and able to multi-task.
• Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision.
• Basic computer skills required. Safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Control inventory of spa products.
• Prepare and issue product treatment kits daily.
• Assist Therapists and treatment staff by turning treatment rooms timely.
• Clean, stock and maintain linen and wet prep rooms per SOPs.
• Learn all treatment protocols offered at Mii amo.
• Exhibit proper use of product and maintain clean work environment.
• Read and assist with schedule postings and computer scheduling system.
• Attend training sessions and participate in meetings.
• Contribute to new programs and development ideas.
• Be guest service oriented and interact with guests professionally.

Issue and inventory all professional spa products and assist therapists in all areas relating to treatments and guest satisfaction. Provide a safe, clean, motivating and nurturing environment for services that exceed guest’s expectations

Work Performed

1. Control inventory
2. Prepare and issue product treatment kits on a daily basis
3. Provide assistance to Massage Therapist and other treatment staff by helping them turn the treatment rooms in a timely manner as needed
4. Clean, stock and maintain linen and wet prep rooms according to SOP’s
5. Learn all treatment protocols offered at Mii amo
6. Exhibit proper use of product and abide by all product control guidelines while maintaining a clean and neat work environment
7. Read and assist Manager with schedule posting in regards to shifts, room assignments and the computer scheduling system
8. Attend and participate in regularly scheduled training sessions and meetings
9. Be an active participant in the department by contributing to new programs and development ideas
10. Be guest service oriented and interact with guests in a pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic manner
11. Display appropriate teamwork, flexibility and interpersonal skills
12. Follow all Department Standards of Operations at all times
13. Keep all work and storage areas neat and maintained
14. Ensure proper tools and equipment is purchased for safety with manager
15. Maintain confidentiality of Mii amo information at all times
16. Check in with guests when appropriate and facilitate communication with front desk, guests and therapist
17. Promote Spa and all services, products and programs

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years recent experience desired. Attention to detail and able to multi-task many priorities. Self motivated ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable and willing to learn new procedures and methods. Ability to ensure guests are handled in a safe and professional manner. Basic computer skills required. Safety sensitive position.
