Job summary

Mii amo in Sedona is seeking an experienced Training Program Specialist to design and deliver service-provider training, develop protocols, and support operations introductions. You will coordinate Forbes Standards training, onboarding new hires, and maintain protocols with spa leadership to ensure consistent guest experiences.

The role requires at least 5 years spa treatment experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience.
• Arizona State licensed.
• At least 5 years Spa treatment experience currently employed at Mii amo as a Service Practitioner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and able to multi-task many priorities.
• Training skills.
• Self-motivated, ability to work with little supervision and organized.
• Must be dependable and willing to learn new procedures and methods.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Strong team member relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct Service Provider team members’ orientation, Forbes Standards training, customer service training, Protocol training and other training meetings as necessary.
• Block therapists and help manage schedule for trainings.
• Manage treatment rooms for trainings.
• Maintain excellent knowledge on all services and products.
• Develop treatment protocols and SOPs to support service offerings.
• Assist with the on-boarding of new hires providing training on services, service culture and standards.
• Works with Spa leadership to ensure proper SOP and training manuals, onboarding and daily checklist are implemented.
• Coordinate with product/tech vendor partners to provide team with training, protocols, procedures
• Inspect Forbes Training standards and incorporate into protocols, procedures and trainings.
• Assist in reviewing QA with Spa leadership team, identifying areas for improved consistency and service execution, refining training for improvement.
• Assist Training Manager with trainings and materials as requested.
• Develop and maintains relations with Mii amo team.
• Maintain confidentiality of Mii amo information at all times.
• Other duties as assigned

Conducts and coordinates training programs for MA Service Providers and assisting with Operations introduction and treatment knowledge, with a focus on Forbes.
