Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is looking for a Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, schedule treatments, and handle payments in a luxury spa setting. The role demands a professional, guest-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You'll manage spa bookings, recommend services, and help create a calm, inviting experience for guests. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with opportunities for growth within the resort.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
• Food handlers license preferred.
• Moderate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule treatments, guest registration, and process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
• Handle spa reservations for packages or individual treatments.
• Make product and treatment recommendations to spa guests.
• Promote wellness and serve as the final contact for indigenous spa experiences.
