Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Spa Attendant for Spa Avania to support guest experiences with cleanliness and attentive service. The role involves maintaining locker rooms, relaxation areas, and pool areas, distributing linens and amenities, and taking poolside orders.

This position requires a customer-focused attitude, flexibility for mornings/afternoons, weekends, and holidays, and a valid Driver’s License. Benefits include Hyatt employee perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
• Food Handlers License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spa Attendants are the liaison between spa treatments and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, relaxation areas and pool.
• Distribute linens and upkeep of complimentary amenities.
• Take orders by our private pool.
• Anticipate guest needs and foster a relaxing atmosphere.
