Kohler Co.'s Kohler Waters Spa in Lincoln Park, Chicago, seeks a Spa Receptionist to uphold Forbes 5-Star service, book treatments, process transactions, and assist guests.

This full-time role requires 18+, strong communication, and comfort with multiple computer systems. Hours are 8:00 am to 9:00 pm on weekdays and weekends; compensation includes a $15.20–$22.80 hourly range plus tips.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior customer service experience in a spa environment preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong detail-orientation.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring use of multiple computer/guest management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and maintain cleanliness standards at a Forbes 5-Star level.
• Use Proficient Property Management System (PMS) to correctly process transactions, complete orders and accurately book/edit spa treatments.
• Be knowledgeable of spa treatments, spa policies, spa amenities and communicate with guests.
• Process all retail transactions with attention to detail.
• Receive guest feedback/complaints and, with supervision, resolve issues.
