Kohler Co. and Kohler Waters Spa at Lincoln Park seek a Spa Receptionist II for onsite duties in Burr Ridge, IL. You will greet guests, process transactions in our property management system, and help book spa treatments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Prior customer service experience within a spa environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong detail-orientation.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring use of multiple computer/guest management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides service and maintains cleanliness standards at Forbes 5-Star level.
• Uses PMS to correctly process transactions, book/edit spa treatments.
• Knowledgeable about spa treatments, policies, amenities and communicates with guests.
• Process all retail transactions with attention to detail.
• Receives guest feedback/complaints and resolves issues with supervision.
• Enforces spa policies to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
• Attend spa events and monthly staff meetings as communicated by supervisor.
• Comply with Kohler attendance policy, safety standards and spa SOPs.
