Job summary

Alterra is seeking a Spa Receptionist at Solitude Mountain Spa/The Inn. You will greet clients, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and ensure the lobby and treatment rooms are maintained in a professional state.

As a seasonal, hourly position, the role includes coordinating with therapists, handling retail/gift certificates, and processing various payments. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Open the spa each morning

LOCATION: Solitude Mountain Spa/The Inn

CLASSIFICATION: Full Time/Seasonal/Hourly

POSITION: The Spa Receptionist is responsible for initial customer interactions, including answering calls and emails, welcoming clients to the spa, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that lobby facilities are presented in a clean and professional manner.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
