Alterra Mountain Company seeks a Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests at Solitude Mountain Spa and manage calls, emails, and appointment bookings. You will maintain a pristine lobby, handle linens and beverages, and support therapists throughout the day.

The role requires excellent customer service, reliability, and basic computer skills. Weekend and holiday availability is expected in this full-time seasonal capacity at Solitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open the spa each morning and prepare treatment rooms for appointments.
• Greet clients, answer calls and emails, and schedule appointments with therapists.
• Manage lobby presentation, linens, towels, tea/beverage service, and retail sales.
• Take payments (cash, cards, vouchers) and assist guests with gift certificates.
