Open to build guest relations with strong customer service and basic cash handling. This is a full-time/seasonal hourly position requiring availability on weekends and holidays in a mountain resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Open the spa each morning and prepare lobby for guests.
• Ensure treatment rooms are orderly for the day's appointments.
• Prepare the lobby and front desk for clients and visitors.
• Process linens and towels as required.
• Prepare tea and beverages for clients.
• Answer calls and emails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists.
• Greet clients and sell retail and gift certificates.
• Take payments (cash, cards, vouchers, room charges).

POSITION

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for initial customer interactions, including answering calls and emails, welcoming clients to the spa, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that lobby facilities are presented in a clean and professional manner.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
