Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort seeks a friendly Spa Receptionist for Solitude Mountain Spa/The Inn. You will welcome clients, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and keep the lobby area neat and inviting.

Open mornings, weekends and holidays availability is required. You will interact with therapists, process payments, and assist with retail sales and gift certificates while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professionalism are required.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual.
• Knowledge of office equipment and basic computer operation.
• Proficiency in math and basic accounting skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open the spa each morning.
• Prepare treatment rooms for the day’s appointments.
• Ensure the lobby is welcoming and organized.
• Process linens and towels.
• Provide tea and beverages for clients.
• Answer calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists.
• Greet clients, sell retail and gift certificates.
• Process payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers, room charges).

POSITION:

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for initial customer interactions, including answering calls and emails, welcoming clients to the spa, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that lobby facilities are presented in a clean and professional manner.
