Job summary

The Logan Philadelphia is seeking a friendly spa receptionist to greet guests, answer inquiries, and manage bookings with professional and courteous service.

You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and maintain accurate guest files using our POS system. A High School diploma and fluent English are required; prior guest-service experience is a plus in a luxury spa environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in oral and written English.
• Must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude and cash handling knowledge.
• Experience with guest service and basic computer systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in/out for spa services.
• Answer inquiries in person and by phone about appointments and spa information.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments with cash handling procedures.
• Communicate service rates and promotions using suggestive selling techniques.
