Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Manager of Spa & Pool Services to lead the massage, skincare and pool operations within the Hotel. You will oversee staffing, training, compliance and guest experience while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in spa/resort management, and strong leadership and communication skills. This position emphasizes safety, vendor relations and strategic planning in a casino resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Spa & Resort Pool industry or closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in Spa & Resort Pool industry or closely related field.
• Experience in instructional design, needs assessment, performance measurement, training delivery, and evaluation preferred.
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spa, pool and skincare services, budget, forecasting and vendor relations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial goals.
• Develop and motivate a high-performing team; provide coaching, feedback, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate on development of spa concepts, services and product offerings aligned with trends.
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and quality across all spa facilities and operations.
• Lead annual budgeting, KPI tracking and operational improvements to optimize revenue and margins.
