Job summary

L'Auberge de Sedona is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the spa operations at our luxury Sedona resort. You will support the Director, oversee Front Desk and cleaning teams, and drive budgeting, marketing, and business strategy to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role is overtime-eligible with opportunities for daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package as part of full-time employment. You will work closely with spa and hotel teams to ensure seamless service and profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 4 years in club management.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, income statement analysis, fitness programming, front desk operations, and driving sales or memberships.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and handle multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Skilled in problem-solving, assimilating and adjusting diverse data, and effectively addressing concerns from guests and colleagues.
• Competent in financial analysis, understanding data, and applying basic arithmetic functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and associates with a smile; handle requests with friendly efficiency and uphold superior service.
• Manage day-to-day spa operations, support retail initiatives, and keep spaces organized and safe.
• Foster morale, motivate associates, and conduct one-on-ones.
• Strategic staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and budget planning to keep operations on point.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies, maintaining confidentiality.
• Attend meetings, join committees, and travel for conferences to stay connected.
