L'Auberge de Sedona is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a diligent team and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet top-tier cleanliness standards in Sedona, AZ. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and support the Housekeeping Manager to maintain a flawless guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety and service excellence in a luxury resort setting.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, manage key control and access to secure areas.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.
