Evolution Hospitality’s L’Auberge de Sedona in Sedona, AZ seeks a Spa Manager to oversee all spa operations and guest experiences, reporting to the Director and coordinating with Front Desk and cleaning teams to deliver luxurious service.

The role emphasizes budgeting, marketing ideas, and business strategy to exceed guest expectations while supporting associates’ growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years in club management.
• Budgeting, income statement analysis, fitness programming, front desk operations, and driving sales or memberships.
• Clear communication of complex information; multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Problem-solving; analyzing diverse data and addressing guest/colleague concerns.
• Financial analysis with basic arithmetic functions.

Responsabilités

• Guest Experience Gurus: greet every guest and Associate with a smile, handling requests with friendly efficiency and upholding service.
• Operations Rockstars: manage day-to-day spa functions, support retail initiatives, and keep operations organized and safe.
• Team Builders: foster morale, motivate Associates, and conduct one-on-ones.
• Master Planners: strategic staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and budget planning for peak seasons.
• Policy Protectors: follow safety, security, and company policies, keeping hotel information confidential.
• Meeting Mavens: attend meetings, participate in committees, and travel for conferences.
