You will balance hospitality with structure, uphold standards, and drive growth through client retention and service excellence. Requires 3+ years in spa or luxury retail management and a licensed esthetician, massage, or cosmetology background.

Qualifications

• Needs 3+ years in Spa, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail Management.
• Experience in clerical and administrative office management.
• Ability to hold team members accountable with respect and consistency.
• Clear understanding of professional boundaries in the workplace.
• Confident decision-maker who does not rely on peer approval.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure the spa is “State Board Ready” at all times.
• Support and guide team members while maintaining professional boundaries.
