Position Overview

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring a “one of a kind” client experience. This role requires someone who can lead with confidence, maintain professional boundaries, and create consistency across the team. This is a hands‑on leadership role–both operational awareness and emotional intelligence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dailyspaoperations and ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure thespais “State Board Ready” at all times
• Support and guide team members while maintaining professional boundaries
• Ensure consistent, high-quality client experience across all services
• Address and resolve operational or team concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor scheduling, coverage, and overall team efficiency
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and workplace standards
• Lead by example in professionalism, communication, and accountability
• Support business growth through client retention, service excellence, and team alignment

• 3+ years in Spa, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail Management
