Wind Creek Chicago Southland seeks a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring employee productivity and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing training, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates should have supervisory experience in a full-service spa and an Associate's Degree in a related field.

The role offers competitive pay between $18.45 and $22.75 per hour depending on experience. Additional benefits include group medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off.

Formación

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Related field is required.
• Three (3) years of experience in a full-service spa/salon.
• Must demonstrate leadership abilities with progressive supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises daily activities and duties of spa employees.
• Coordinates employee relations, training, and operations development.
• Ensures confidentiality with respect to guest and employee information.
• Creates schedules according to business volumes.
• Monitors strategies designed to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
