Wind Creek Chicago Southland is seeking a Cage and Player Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Player Services department, including Cage, Credit, and Players Club. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, drive security of funds, provide coaching, and generate weekly performance reports.

The role requires 21+ years old, a related associate degree or supervisory experience, strong math and cash handling skills, and the ability to obtain licensing under the Illinois Gaming Act.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or GED, or currently enrolled in GED program
• Two years of high-volume cash handling experience
• Proficiency with 10-key calculator and math
• Experience with Word and Excel
• Must pass interview and guest service audition
• Illinois Gaming Act license or ability to obtain and maintain one

Aufgaben

• Oversees day-to-day operations of Player Services (Cage, Credit, Player Club)
• Ensures SOPs, COM, ICs, MICS and compliance regulations are followed
• Maintains security and accountability of casino funds
• Trains and counsels staff; conducts performance reviews
• Schedules staff and manages PTO requests
• Provides strong guest service and confidentiality
• Produces weekly performance reports and service audits
• Manages leadership development projects and comps for guests
