Responsibilities

• Arrives on time for scheduled shift and performs services within allotted time
• Receives guests in a courteous manner
• Provides consistent professional massages and body treatments per spa protocols
• Maintains sanitation and sterilization standards
• Promotes services and retail products to guests
• Promotes home care programs and meets retail sales goals
• Assists in all areas of spa operations as needed
• Maintains confidentiality of guest information
